VACANCYLouis Hotels, a chain of 26 hotels &amp; resorts with over 80 years of experience in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team in The Ivi Mare Hotel as the Receptionist and contribute towards our commitment to excellence in hospitality.&nbsp;Main Responsibilities:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Welcome and greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure an efficient reception experience is offered to the guest, including check in/out, cashiering, telephone tasks as per the brand standards.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Assist guests with inquiries, provide information about hotel services, and offer recommendations for local attractions and dining.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication promptly and professionally.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Process guest payments, including cash and credit card transactions, accurately.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Address and resolve guest concerns and issues in a timely and courteous manner.&nbsp;Job Requirements:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; High school diploma graduate or equivalent.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A minimum of one years’ experience as a hotel receptionist is at a 4* or 5* hotel.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent command of the English language.
