VACANCYLouis Hotels, a chain of 26 hotels &amp; resorts with over 80 years of experience in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team at Ivi Mare Hotel in Paphos as a Technician and contribute towards our commitment to excellence in hospitality.&nbsp;Main Responsibilities:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repair.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Plans repair work using buildings blueprints or equipment manual as needed.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Performs installing, maintaining, repairing and routine maintenance on hotel equipment, systems, and facilities.<ul><li>Assists in the planning and execution of preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of equipment and minimize downtime.</li></ul>&nbsp;Job Requirements:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Relevant technical school diploma or equivalent certificate.<ul><li>Experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.</li><li>Ability to use hand tools and power tools.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills.</li></ul>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Good Knowledge of Greek and English Language.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; EU Nationality or eligibility to work within the EU.&nbsp;Applications:&nbsp;Interested applicants are kindly requested to submit their Curriculum Vitae, mentioning the title of the position, to the e-mail address: <a href="mailto:vacancies@louishotels.com">vacancies@louishotels.com</a> , no later than November 23rd 2025.&nbsp;***All applications will be treated in strict confidence***&nbsp;
