Legal SecretaryOur firm is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join our team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to our lawyers, ensure the smooth running of daily operations, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the firm.Main Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage all forms of correspondence promptly and professionally</li><li>Coordinate and maintain schedules, including appointments, meetings, and court dates</li><li>Organize and maintain both electronic and paper filing systems</li><li>Assist with client onboarding and maintain accurate client records</li><li>Perform general administrative and office support duties</li><li>Communicate effectively with clients, court staff, and other professionals as required</li><li>Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent (additional studies in Office Administration or a related field will be considered an advantage)</li><li>Previous experience as a Legal Secretary is preferred</li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications</li><li>Excellent command of English and Greek, both written and spoken</li><li>Fast and accurate typing skills are essential</li><li>Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team</li><li>High level of professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail</li><li>Familiarity with legal terminology and court procedures will be considered an asset</li></ul>We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience</li><li>Provident fund</li><li>Study leave</li><li>22 days of annual leave</li></ul>Interested applicants are invited to submit their CV to alexandrou.cyprus@gmail.com
