With a strong reputation for excellence, we are expanding our team and looking for a motivated individual to join us.&nbsp;The Role We are seeking a&nbsp;young and energetic Quantity Surveyor, to support our team across a range of exciting projects. Depending on your experience level, you will either&nbsp;undertake or assist&nbsp;with managing costs throughout all stages of construction projects—from early estimates to final accounts.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, grow professionally, and gain hands-on exposure to the industry.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities&nbsp;(as applicable to experience level):<ul><li>Prepare or assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and work timetables.</li><li>Conduct or support feasibility studies, cost control, and value engineering exercises.</li><li>Draft or help prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.</li><li>Monitor project progress and contribute to cost reporting and financial tracking.</li><li>Undertake or assist with contractor and subcontractor assessments and payment valuations.</li><li>Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants as required.</li><li>Prepare or assist in preparing reports, forecasts, and risk assessments.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Degree in Quantity Surveying (preferably RICS-accredited) or Civil Engineering.</li><li>Relevant experience will be considered an advantage but is not essential.</li><li>MRICS Qualification will be considered an advantage but is not essential.</li><li>Experience in using CostX or other similar software will be considered an advantage but is not essential.</li><li>Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.</li><li>Good analytical and organizational skills.</li><li>Effective communication and teamwork abilities.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Attractive salary package.</li><li>Provident fund.</li><li>Supportive team environment with professional development opportunities.</li></ul>How to Apply Please send your CV to: 📧&nbsp;<a href="mailto:info@mdacyprus.com">info@mdacyprus.com</a>All applications will be handled with&nbsp;strict confidentiality.&nbsp;
