Responsibilities:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the Onboarding and Asset Reviews teams, ensuring efficient task allocation and timely delivery of high-quality outputs.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Oversee the onboarding process for new assets and clients, including document collection, validation, and communication with relevant authorities and stakeholders.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Supervise the preparation and review of asset due diligence reports, business plans, pricing proposals, and financial forecasts.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements throughout onboarding, property transfers, and asset management processes.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Liaise with local authorities, clients, and third-party consultants for repossessions, debt-to-asset implementations, legalizations, and other asset-related matters.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of asset-related actions and accurate reporting.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monitor client-related payments, invoices, and receivables, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up in collaboration with the Finance team.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Review and validate action plans and proposals prepared by team members, ensuring alignment with business and client objectives.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, asset performance, and onboarding progress.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prepare and oversee portfolio budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with financial and operational goals.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency, quality, and team performance.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Supervise the proper collection, management, and archiving of all project-related documentation and correspondence.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support management in reporting, performance tracking, and strategic planning within the department.&nbsp;Requirements:&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prior experience in real estate asset management, onboarding, or portfolio management.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Fluent in Greek and English (both written and verbal).·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for financial modelling and analysis.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong understanding of real estate valuation, due diligence, and regulatory processes related to asset transfers and repossessions.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, authorities, and multidisciplinary teams.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; High attention to detail, accuracy, and process discipline.&nbsp;We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, a dynamic work environment, and opportunities for growth and advancement.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;If you are interested in the position, please submit your CV at <a href="mailto:careerscy@delfipartners.com">careerscy@delfipartners.com</a> and mention in the subject the reference DPPTL25.&nbsp;&nbsp;Each application will be treated in the strictest confidence.&nbsp; Please note that only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.&nbsp;&nbsp;
