We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Project Procurement Supervisor to oversee all procurement activities related to projects, including refurbishments and renovations. The successful candidate will coordinate the procurement process within project timelines and corporate objectives. This position reports directly to the General Manager Purchasing Cyprus and Greece.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate all procurement activities related to projects, (refurbishments, and renovations).</li><li>Develop and issue tender documents for approved vendors and contractors.</li><li>Evaluate supplier proposals, and prepare comparative tables.</li><li>Ensure compliance with corporate procurement policies, budget controls, and quality standards.</li><li>Maintain accurate procurement tracking, supplier performance records, and project documentation.</li><li>Liaise with project managers and designers to ensure material specifications and deliveries align with project schedules.</li><li>Coordinate logistics and delivery schedules for imported materials when required.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Interior design, &nbsp;Business, Engineering or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement, ideally within the hospitality, construction, or fit-out sectors.</li><li>Strong knowledge of FF&amp;E and OS&amp;E procurement processes.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and procurement/ERP systems (e.g., SAP).</li><li>Excellent organizational and communication abilities.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.</li><li>Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.</li><li>EU Nationality or eligibility to work within the EU.</li></ul>&nbsp;Applications:&nbsp;Interested applicants are requested to submit their CV to the e-mail address: vacancies@louishotels.com mentioning the title of desired position, no later than November 25th 2025.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
