&nbsp;&nbsp;Cap St Georges Hotel &amp; Resort is seeking to recruit a&nbsp;&nbsp;Receptionist. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact with our Clients and Visitors, providing a warm welcome and exceptional customer service.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsibilities<ul><li>Ensures all guests receive a fast, efficient and friendly check-in and check-out following the company’s Standard Guidelines.</li><li>Ensures that all guests’ queries or requests are handled in a polite, efficient manner and a high level of customer service is consistently maintained.</li><li>Handles reservations and &nbsp;ensuring guest’s needs are met.</li><li>Ensure a sales attitude is adopted at all times and maintains an awareness of all sales opportunities within the hotel to maximize room sales and revenue for the hotel.</li><li>Contributes towards the development of a close and harmonious working relationship with all of the Hotels departments.</li><li>Ensures a high level of product knowledge of the hotel and the local area and knows what is happening in the hotel on a daily basis.</li><li>Handles guest enquiries and assists guests with any reported problems.</li></ul>Requirements and skills<ul><li>Proven work experience in a customer service role.</li><li>Previous experience in the hospitality sector will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of English language; Any additional languages will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Professional appearance and demeanor and positive attitude.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary depending on experience.</li><li>Continuous personal development and training opportunities.</li></ul>How to apply:<ul><li>Interested applicants can submit their CV at&nbsp;careers@capstgeorges.com</li></ul>
