We are excited to welcome new members.&nbsp;If you are seeking a service-oriented role leading a dynamic team, consider the Spa Supervisor position. In this role, you will lead your team and collaborate with various hotel departments, sharing Kanika Hotels &amp; Resorts' vision of providing guests with an exceptional holiday experience in Cyprus.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversees the smooth running of the SPA &amp; Fitness Club Department on a day-to-day basis to achieve high levels of Guest Satisfaction.</li><li>Increases sales of memberships and in-house products by preparing and implementing promotional plans.</li><li>Supervises Personnel to ensure a consistently high standard of customer service following the KANIKA Hotels &amp; Resorts guidelines and the Standard Operating Procedures.</li><li>Responsible for the ordering and maintaining of stock levels for all the Spa products.</li><li>Arranges for the training of new treatments to the highest of standards and co-ordinates a departmental Orientation/Induction program for new employees.</li><li>Handles complaints/guest comments and ensures guest satisfaction by resolving issues and following up.</li></ul>Qualifications and Experience:<ul><li>Graduate of a Hospitality or Leisure School or an experienced Spa &amp; Fitness Professional.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position of another 4 or 5 star hotel.</li><li>Very good knowledge of the English language.</li><li>Good communication and organization skills.</li><li>EU citizen or holder of an EU work permit.</li></ul>The Kanika Hotels and Resorts Benefits:<ul><li>Be recognized for your hard work through our Recognition and Rewards Scheme.</li><li>Enjoy delicious meals during work hours at our KANIKAFE.</li><li>Secure your future with a provident fund after just six months.</li><li>Receive a 13th salary and an Easter bonus of 20% (pro-rated) based on Basic salary.</li><li>Benefit from 21 days of annual leave (pro-rated).</li><li>Earn extra allowances for working on Sundays or public holidays.</li></ul>Ready to take your hospitality career to the next level and make a real impact?
