If you are an outgoing, hospitable person who shares the Kanika Spirit of service, professionalism, innovation, respect, integrity, and teamwork, we want to hear from you.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Escort educational groups on hotel tours and provide information folders</li><li>Extend a warm welcome and farewell to all guests</li><li>Contact regular and VIP guests upon arrival and maintain ongoing communication</li><li>Assist guests with inquiries and resolve minor issues</li><li>Address guest complaints and queries as needed</li><li>Offer suggestions to enhance guests' stays</li><li>Process guest questionnaires and compile monthly satisfaction reports</li><li>Coordinate weekly welcome cocktail parties for guests</li><li>Promote and participate in Public Relations activities</li></ul>Qualifications and Experience:<ul><li>Diploma in Hospitality Management, Public Relations, or a related field</li><li>At least 3 years of experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel</li><li>Friendly, guest-oriented personality</li><li>Strong team player supporting all departments</li><li>Fluent in English and Greek; additional languages are a plus</li><li>Proficient in computer skills; knowledge of Fidelio is an advantage</li><li>EU citizen or holder of an EU work permit</li></ul>The Kanika Hotels and Resorts Benefits:<ul><li>Be recognized for your hard work through our Recognition and Rewards Scheme</li><li>Enjoy delicious meals during work hours at our KANIKAFE</li><li>Secure your future with a provident fund after just six months</li><li>Receive a 13th salary and an Easter bonus of 20% (pro-rated) based on Basic salary</li><li>Benefit from 21 days of annual leave (pro-rated)</li></ul>&nbsp;Ready to take your hospitality career to the next level and make a real impact?
