The Client:&nbsp; &nbsp;On behalf of our Client, a growing fintech Company, we are looking to recruit a talented and passionate game-changer to join their Technology team as Senior IT Networks Officer. &nbsp;Duties and Responsibilities: &nbsp;The successful candidate will be involved in, amongst others:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Installation and configuration of computer hardware operating systems and applications.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Guiding staff or customers through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Replacing parts as required.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Supporting the roll-out of new applications.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Testing and evaluating new technology.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Undertake any other tasks assigned by management which are related to his/her work. &nbsp;Skills/Qualifications/Experience:&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Undergraduate and/or Postgraduate degrees in Computer Science or related disciplines.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Minimum three (3) years of related professional experience will be considered an advantage.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong software and operating systems literacy.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong customer focus.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to work affectivley in a team environment.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to work well under pressure.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong multitasking, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent command of the Greek and English Languages, both verbal and written.&nbsp;Location: The position is for the Client's offices in Nicosia, Cyprus. &nbsp;Remuneration:&nbsp;An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate based to qualifications and experience.&nbsp;&nbsp;TO APPLY CLICK <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://app.ismartrecruit.com/jobDescription?x=E7pcmVkaHJzb2x1dGlvbnMubmV0XzkxNl9QUk9NT1RFVVJMX2VuQ9e">HERE</a>
