We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Performance Digital Marketing Executive to take ownership of Cablenet’s digital presence and drive high-impact campaigns across all digital channels.&nbsp;In this role, you will shape and execute the company’s digital strategy and work closely with Product and MarComms to deliver measurable business results.&nbsp;Responsibilities:•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Develop and own the digital marketing advertising strategy, aligned with business objectives and the overall marketing plan•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Plan, execute and optimise integrated multi-channel campaigns across paid, owned and earned media•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Define channel mix, budgets and campaign priorities in collaboration with the Marketing Manager•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Oversee all digital campaign activity, ensuring consistency in messaging, brand alignment and performance•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Manage and optimise paid media across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube and programmatic•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Lead SEO strategy and execution, including technical optimisation and content performance•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Work closely with the Digital Department and continuously improve website performance, landing pages and conversion funnels•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Own performance tracking, reporting and optimisation to maximise ROI, ROAS and acquisition efficiency•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality campaign assets•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Manage the digital marketing budget, including planning, tracking and forecasting•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monitor market trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities for growth•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support website updates, tracking implementation and marketing technology integrations&nbsp;What We’re Looking For:•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business or a related field•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 6-8 years of experience in digital marketing, including leadership experience•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proven experience managing paid digital campaigns with measurable ROI•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM and analytics tools•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience with social media and digital marketing tools•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent organisational and project management abilities•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong communication and collaboration skills•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Fluency in Greek and English•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Additional experience in telecommunications, CRM/automation platforms or relevant certifications will be considered an advantage&nbsp;Why Join Us:•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Attractive remuneration package, consisting of Basic Salary and Bonus•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 13th&nbsp;Salary•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 21 to 25 days of annual leave•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Free Medical Insurance•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Insurance Plan with Life Benefit•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Complementary telecommunication services•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Remote work opportunities•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Continuous learning and development opportunities&nbsp;Should you be interested in joining our team, please visit Cablenet’s website at <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://cablenet.com.cy/jobs/">Jobs Archive - Cablenet</a> and submit your CV by May 17th, 2026, quoting reference CM6DL426.
