This role acts as a key relationship owner, driving satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term value through exceptional service delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding customer needs, and promoting the adoption of our elite telecommunications offering, in line with company standards and service excellence principles.&nbsp;Your Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop, launch, and manage the premium mobile plan proposition for high‑value individuals.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for premium customers, delivering white‑glove service and personalized support.</li><li>Build and maintain trusted relationships with VIP clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical support, customer care, network) to ensure seamless service delivery.</li><li>Identify and onboard new high‑value prospects, supporting the Sales Director in business development initiatives.</li><li>Monitor service performance, customer feedback, and usage trends to continuously enhance the premium offering.</li><li>Manage escalations and ensure swift resolution of any issues affecting VIP customers.</li><li>Develop and execute retention strategies for this elite customer segment.</li></ul>&nbsp;Our proposition:<ul><li>Competitive remuneration package</li><li>Monthly commission scheme</li><li>13th salary</li><li>Attractive benefits with comprehensive medical and life insurances and provident fund</li><li>Company telecom products with free mobile and internet lines and exclusive discounts for our services with maximum monthly total value of 130 euros</li><li>Opportunity for a sustainable career and continuously building skills and expertise in a dynamic technology sector</li><li>Hybrid workplace model</li></ul>&nbsp;Your Profile:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field</li><li>At least 5 years of experience in Luxury Hospitality, Private Banking, or Senior Account Management. Telecommunications experience is a plus, but a "service-first" mindset is mandatory.</li><li>Absolute commitment to client privacy and data security.</li><li>Fluent in English and Greek (Russian is a significant advantage in the Cyprus HNI market).</li><li>A "get it done" attitude.</li></ul>&nbsp;Interested to join a team of passionate professionals?
