Elysee Irrigation Ltd, one of the largest industries in Cyprus in the production of piping systems for water supply, irrigation, drainage, and cabling, with a leading position in the local market and exports to more than 65 countries worldwide, is expanding and strengthening its strategic development by recruiting competent individuals.&nbsp;&nbsp;Elysee Irrigation Ltd is looking to hire an IT Assistant for the IT Department, based at our factory in Ergates Industrial Area, Nicosia.&nbsp;Position: IT Assistant&nbsp;Department: IT&nbsp;Location: Ergates Industrial Area, Nicosia&nbsp;Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Installing, replacing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems, trading platforms and applications</li><li>Diagnosing &amp; solving hardware/software faults</li><li>Communication with external partners and service providers</li><li>Administering the Company’s ticketing system and responding to staff’s requests in a timely manner</li><li>Providing support and training to employees on IT related issues</li><li>Any other task assigned related to the position and/or the needs of the Company.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:<ul><li>A university degree (preferred) or college diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field is required</li><li>Good working knowledge of Local Area Networks, TCP/IP, DNS and other Network Protocols</li><li>Good knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Mac)</li><li>Good working knowledge of desktop applications, e.g. MS Office</li><li>Administration of Windows Servers including Active Directory, Virtual Servers</li><li>Working with Managed Networks, VoIP telephony, Office Security</li><li>Competence in different hardware and software, installing and configuring</li><li>Trouble Shooting experience</li><li>Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language</li><li>Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Organizational skills</li><li>Attention to detail</li></ul>&nbsp;The company offers:<ul><li>An attractive salary package, including 13th and 14th salaries</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Partial paid maternity and paternity leave</li><li>A bonus scheme reflecting both firm and individual performance</li><li>Working hours: 8:00 – 16:00 (total 38 hours per week)</li><li>Annual leave from the first day of employment</li><li>Excellent working conditions in a friendly&nbsp;environment</li><li>Continuous training and professional development</li></ul>&nbsp;The selected candidate will receive comprehensive induction and training to integrate into our company, Elysee Irrigation Ltd.&nbsp;If you are interested in joining Elysee and contributing to our strategic development, please apply by sending your CV to <a href="mailto:recruitment@elysee.com.cy">recruitment@elysee.com.cy</a> by 10 of May 2026.&nbsp;All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality.
