Account Management & Client Retention

Role Overview:<ul><li>Reporting to the group CFO &amp; CEO</li><li>Responsible for the overall financial management of the group.</li><li>Ensure team members are supervised as well as developed through on the job supervision based on human organisational principles.</li></ul>Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Monitor financial accounting systems, transactions, policies and procedures.</li><li>Prepare, present monthly, quarterly &amp; annual financial statements and all accounting reports (TB, BS, P &amp; L, cashflows).</li><li>Analyse and interpret financial information for budgeting and forecasting including variances from actual to budget and forecast.</li><li>The person in charge to approve payments to subcontractors and suppliers.</li><li>Managing / Controlling the efficient application of all hotel software PMS &amp; POS Interfaces / End of Day including the reviewing of daily revenue</li><li>Participating in budget preparation and keeping truck of month variances and proactively prevents significant variances</li><li>Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards &amp; laws including VAT, other related documents.</li><li>Liaise with auditors for preparation of annual audit reports.</li><li>Responsible for Management Accounts</li><li>Execution of payroll, salary payments, social insurance, PAYE and other reporting requirements</li><li>Supervise and guide the accounting team</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s or equivalent field degree in accounting or finance</li><li>5+ years’ experience in a similar role (hospitality is an advantage)</li><li>Proficiency in financial software.
