Job Title: Facilities &amp; Operations SupervisorLocation: &nbsp;My Mall Limassol&nbsp;Duties &amp; Responsibilities:·&nbsp;&nbsp;Organize and supervise daily and specialized cleaning tasks based on operational needs and company &nbsp; &nbsp;standards.·&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensure all assigned areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, including proper waste and recycling management.·&nbsp; Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and motivate staff to achieve quality and efficiency &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;targets.·&nbsp;Prepare and manage staff schedules, duty rosters, and task allocation.·&nbsp;Maintain records and handle administrative duties, including reporting on operations, staff performance, &nbsp; &nbsp;and incidents.·&nbsp;Report any damages in building facilities to the relevant maintenance department.·&nbsp;Report equipment or machinery faults to the Company’s Technical Maintenance Team and follow up on &nbsp;resolution.·&nbsp;Ensure full compliance with company cleaning procedures, standards, and quality protocols.·&nbsp;Support management with administrative coordination and operational planning.·&nbsp;&nbsp;Perform any other related duties as assigned.&nbsp;Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Graduate of higher education or a hospitality school will be considered as an advantage.</li><li>Strong leadership and team-motivation skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.</li><li>Dynamic personality.</li><li>Very good command of Greek and English languages.</li><li>Previous experience in a similar position or as a housekeeper will be considered an advantage.</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Working Hours &amp; Benefits:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Stable full-time employment·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Five (5) working days per week on a rotating schedule morning – afternoon shifts (Monday–Sunday)·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ongoing training in international cleaning standards, with opportunities for career development.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Friendly and supportive working environment with emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Stability and reliability offered by a well-established company in the industry.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Uniforms and all necessary equipment are provided by the Company.
