We are currently seeking to recruit a motivated and committed Lawyer to join our expanding team.&nbsp;Requirements:·&nbsp;&nbsp; Holder of Law Degree·&nbsp;&nbsp; Member of the Cyprus Bar Association·&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent knowledge of Greek and English·&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong Organizational and multi-tasking skills·&nbsp;&nbsp; Minimum 2 years experience in the legal sector will be considered an advantage&nbsp;Description of responsibilities:&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Drafting, review and execution of legal and other documents·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Company’s and trade name’s registration, drafting of minutes, resolutions, Memorandum and articles of association, trust deeds, deeds of indemnity, Power of Attorney·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Researching and explaining the law and giving general legal advice, advising and counseling a client·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Drafting agreements, letters, legal opinions, legal articles, wills and other documents·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Registration of trademarks in National, European and International level, procedures for the protection of Intellectual Property·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Real estate transactions·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Administration of deceased persons estate·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Drafting and registration of Cyprus&nbsp;Trusts·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Immigration procedures·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Data Protection_GDPR·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Handling court case and appearing at the court&nbsp;The successful candidate will have a 3 months training and will be supported by our experienced legal team and will have the opportunity to work with our experienced team which is comprising lawyers, chartered accountants, financial analysts, and tax advisors.&nbsp;Application &amp; Information:Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV and cover letter to the contact details below:Contact Person: Xenia Iasonos Email: <a href="mailto:careers@globalserve.com.cy">careers@globalserve.com.cy</a>&nbsp; Tel: +357 25 206931&nbsp;※Please note, that only successful candidates will be contacted.
