Imperio is a leading property development and management firm in Cyprus, well-known for delivering exceptional projects over the past 20 years.&nbsp;&nbsp;Our Design Department is expanding, and we are seeking a&nbsp;Mid-Level Interior Designer&nbsp;to join our team and contribute to high-end mixed-use developments in Limassol, across residential and commercial spaces.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Contribute to the development of design concepts and mood boards for residential and commercial interiors.-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prepare client presentations, including finishes, FF&amp;E selections, and material boards.-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations, samples, and lead times, and assist in cost evaluation.-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Participate in and progressively lead client presentations and follow-ups.-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Participate in client meetings and follow-ups.-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Attend site visits and liaise with contractors and subcontractors to support quality control.-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, and product innovations.-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented appropriately.-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Uphold company values, policies, and design standards.-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; All other duties as assigned.&nbsp;Desired Experience, Skills &amp; Qualifications:-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or similar.-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity, attention to detail, and technical skills-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 4 to 7 years of professional experience in interior design-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proficient in AutoCad, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Knowledge of 3D software will be considered an advantage.-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken.-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent sales, presentation, and communication skills.-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Demonstration of ability to work across several projects simultaneously whilst managing workload and meeting deadlines.-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Someone who thrives both working in a team and independently-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proactive, with strong initiative and openness to feedback.-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong attention to detail and design sensitivity.&nbsp;What do we offer:-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Attractive compensation package with performance incentives.-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 13th salary.-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Opportunities for advancement within Imperio.-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Training opportunities and exposure to challenging, high-profile projects.&nbsp;How to Apply:&nbsp;If you feel you are qualified for this position, visit our careers page at <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="http://www.imperioproperties.com/careers/">www.imperioproperties.com/careers/</a> and submit your application today.&nbsp;Please note that applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
