Candidate Requirements:<ul><li>Architectural Degree from a recognized institution.</li><li>Working Knowledge of Rhinoceros 3D &amp; AutoCAD 2D (Revit experience will be considered a plus).</li><li>Working Knowledge of Adobe Suite.</li><li>Visualization / Renderings skills will be considered a plus.</li><li>Ability to work on various projects simultaneously, meeting the deadlines while delivering at the highest quality standards.</li><li>Excellent communicational and organizational skills.</li><li>Hard working team player, willing to learn and grow with our team.</li><li>A passion to seek excellence, be edgy, innovate, think bigger and make a difference!</li></ul>&nbsp;Candidate Duties/Responsibilities:<ul><li>Developing Concept Sketches &amp; Design Variations&nbsp;for various schemes (Both 2D &amp; 3D).</li><li>Illustrating Design Variations (Drawings / Diagrams / Renderings).</li><li>Assist in preparing material for client presentations.</li><li>Developing Technical Details and Construction Documents.</li><li>Preparing drawing packages for all stages (Concept to Construction).</li><li>Assisting on developing all necessary documents for the planning authorities.</li><li>Assist in the Project Management side of various projects.</li><li>Site supervisions when necessary.</li></ul>&nbsp;If you have the skills, passion and interest to join our team, please send your CV and portfolio at&nbsp;<a href="mailto:info@skhemagroup.com">info@skhemagroup.com</a><a href="https://skhemagroup.com/">Skhemagroup.com</a>
