Responsibilities:<ul><li>Receive enquires from the customer through email.</li><li>Coordinate with company’s service engineer allocation of jobs and all arrangements related to traveling, attendance and submission of service reports.</li><li>Creation and control of all manual filing systems for customer sales cases and all relevant office paperwork.</li><li>&nbsp;Search for the approved service stations online, through the website of the manufacturers and/or classification societies member of IACS.</li><li>Assist in tracking open projects and bulk orders, ensuring they progress on schedule.</li><li>Request for readiness, despatch, freight tracking, documentation legislation, invoicing etc (where applicable).</li><li>Follow up new regulation requirements in co-operation with Operations Manager.</li><li>Receive enquires from the customer through various media including fax, email, and letter.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp; Requirements:<ul><li>BSc in Shipping, Maritime or any other related field will be considered as an advantage.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.</li><li>Excellent organizational, communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Ability to manage responsibilities at once.</li><li>Computer literature.</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English.</li></ul>
