This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced global logistics environment.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities&nbsp;Your primary focus will be on ensuring data accuracy, smooth cargo flow, and timely communication.<ul><li>Order Management &amp; Entry:&nbsp;Accurately&nbsp;enter new orders&nbsp;into our operational system and ensure all required information is complete.</li><li>Documentation:&nbsp;Collect essential information per purchase order and prepare necessary&nbsp;export documents&nbsp;for international shipments.</li><li>Shipment Tracking &amp; Coordination:&nbsp;Arrange order collections&nbsp;and consistently follow up daily until items are safely received and in stock at our global warehouses.</li><li>Data Integrity:&nbsp;Maintain the operational system with current data, including order documents, charges, and daily&nbsp;stock reports&nbsp;from agents.</li><li>Problem-Solving:&nbsp;Coordinate with the warehouse team to quickly resolve any mishandled or incorrect inventory entries.</li><li>Reporting &amp; Communication:&nbsp;Issue weekly order lists, keep team leaders informed of&nbsp;delayed shipments&nbsp;or supplier/warehouse issues, and issue confirmation emails to suppliers.</li><li>Quality &amp; Compliance:&nbsp;Execute routine tasks following company policy and contribute suggestions for&nbsp;continuous improvement&nbsp;in environmental and quality performance.</li></ul>&nbsp;Minimum Requirements&nbsp;We're looking for a motivated self-starter with:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree:&nbsp;in Logistics, Shipping,&nbsp;Business Administration&nbsp;or related field.</li><li>Language Proficiency:&nbsp;Advanced written and verbal&nbsp;English&nbsp;communication skills.</li><li>Technical Skills:&nbsp;Proficiency in&nbsp;Microsoft Office&nbsp;Suite (Excel, Outlook).</li></ul>&nbsp;Desired Skills&nbsp;<ul><li>Prior experience in&nbsp;maritime logistics, shipping, or supply chain management.</li><li>Familiarity with&nbsp;ERP or logistics-specific operational systems.</li></ul> Join Swift Marine and be part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional&nbsp; logistics solutions worldwide!
