Blue Orange Property Management Services Ltd, is seeking to recruit an Accounts Assistant – part time to join a highly active and passionate team.&nbsp;The successful candidate will perform various financial and accounting duties and provide general administrative assistance to the accounts department&nbsp;Location: Pafos&nbsp;Duties and responsibilities:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Daily record key financial transactions using spreadsheets and automated accounting systems;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintain proper accounting books and records;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prepare and send invoices, credit notes, and purchase orders·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Process receipts, sales invoices, and payments from customers and to suppliers·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monitor accounts payable and following up on outstanding balances as required·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Reconcile accounts in a timely manner·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Perform bank and supplier reconciliations;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Manage petty cash transactions·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Interact with visiting clients or deal with customers by phone and email·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department&nbsp;Necessary requirements:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; University Degree in accounting, business, finance or related field·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2-3 years of relevant experience·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Effective Communications Skills·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; MS Office and working knowledge of accounting software·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent knowledge of the English and Greek language, written and oral·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Customer service orientation·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Initiative and attention to detail·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Problem-solving and results orientated·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Team player&nbsp;We offer an attractive remuneration and benefits package commensurate with knowledge and experience.&nbsp;To apply please visit our website <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://www.blueorangeservices.com/careers">https://www.blueorangeservices.com/careers</a>All applications will be treated with the strictest confidentiality.
