Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Larnaca for a Civil Engineer to join a growing real estate development company. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple construction projects, ensuring quality execution, cost control, and compliance with all applicable regulations and standards in Cyprus. The role requires close coordination with contractors, consultants, and suppliers, as well as direct reporting to the developer. The Civil Engineer will play a key role in verifying work progress, controlling payments, and safeguarding the company’s financial and construction interests. &nbsp;________________________________________ Key Responsibilities •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Oversee and manage construction projects from execution through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress, verify workmanship, and ensure adherence to drawings and specifications •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Review and validate contractor work prior to payment certification, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with agreed scope •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and technical consultants •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Lead and participate in site meetings; prepare and submit weekly progress and status reports •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensure full compliance with Cyprus Building Regulations, Eurocodes, and Health &amp; Safety (HSE) standards •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Liaise with public authorities and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary approvals, permits, and inspections •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Monitor project budgets, costs, and resource allocation; actively support cost control and identify potential overruns •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Prepare and review technical documentation, including method statements, risk assessments, and compliance reports •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensure that all works are executed to a high standard and meet quality assurance requirements&nbsp; &nbsp;If you are interested in the position, please submit your CV to: <a href="mailto:nicoletta.kyvernitis@gmail.com">nicoletta.kyvernitis@gmail.com</a> &nbsp;
