Responsibilities:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Identify and source qualified properties through market research, networking, and direct outreach.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, real estate brokers, developers, and strategic partners to support the expansion of the company’s property portfolio.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Present the company’s value proposition and negotiate commercial terms, agreements, and partnerships in line with company objectives and procedures.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support portfolio growth through market intelligence, competitor analysis, relationship management, and business development initiatives.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Manage the onboarding process of new properties, coordinating with homeowners, internal teams, suppliers, and third-party contractors to ensure smooth setup and operational readiness.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure all required documentation, agreements, and records are properly collected, prepared, and maintained according to company procedures.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Conduct regular travel across Cyprus to visit properties within the company’s portfolio, perform inspections, oversee onboarding processes, and ensure operational and quality standards are maintained.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Conduct property visits, inspections, and quality assessments to ensure all properties meet company standards, operational requirements, and guest experience expectations.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Collaborate closely with operations, maintenance and housekeeping to ensure properties are consistently maintained and presented at the highest standards.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monitor and maintain operational quality across the property portfolio by proactively identifying areas for improvement and following up on corrective actions where necessary.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding processes, operational efficiency, and quality standards across the portfolio.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Represent the company professionally during meetings, property visits, negotiations, and networking opportunities. &nbsp;Requirements:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; University degree in Hospitality, Tourism Management Business Administration, Real Estate, or any relevant field.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Demonstrated work experience in business development, hospitality operations, property management, account management, or a similar role.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages (written and spoken).·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent knowledge of MS Office.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence and quality standards.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; EU driving license is required. &nbsp;We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, a dynamic work environment, and opportunities for growth and advancement. &nbsp;If you are interested in the position, please submit your CV at careers@phaedrusliving.com and mention in the subject the reference PAMPGOE26.
