Frotcom Cyprus Ltd is one of the leading Fleet Management and GPS Telematics companies in Cyprus, providing advanced technology solutions to more than 300 companies across the island.&nbsp;Due to expansion, we are looking for a motivated and professional Business Development Executive – B2B Technology Solutions to join our team.&nbsp;This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing technology company and play a key role in expanding our presence in the Cyprus market.&nbsp;Main Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking</li><li>Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing</li><li>Present and demonstrate our fleet management solutions to companies</li><li>Prepare proposals and follow up on sales opportunities</li><li>Build strong long-term client relationships</li><li>Work closely with management and support teams to achieve targets</li><li>Represent the company at meetings and industry events</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or technology sales</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively</li><li>Good knowledge of Greek and English</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems</li><li>Valid driving license required</li></ul>&nbsp;Working HoursMonday – Thursday: 08:00 – 16:30 Friday: 08:00 – 14:00&nbsp;What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package (€24K–€30K based on experience)</li><li>Attractive commission structure + performance-based bonus</li><li>Company car</li><li>Company mobile phone and laptop</li><li>Continuous training and support</li><li>Career development opportunities in a growing technology company</li><li>Professional and friendly working environment</li><li>Team bonding and company activities</li><li>Friendly dog</li></ul>&nbsp;Experience in technology, fleet management, automotive, SaaS, or telecommunications will be considered an advantage.&nbsp;Interested candidates can send their CV to <a href="mailto:careers@frotcom.com.cy">careers@frotcom.com.cy</a> with subject BDEMAY29E by 29th May 2026.
