Office Administration

Main duties and responsibilities of the role:&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp; Handle the office administration and internal /external communication of the reception·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Welcome visitors and direct them appropriately·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Handling of incoming/outgoing post, messenger, and courier shipments·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain a clean and organized work environment·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Manage office supplies and equipment·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Communicate effectively with various vendors, service providers and landlord as needed·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Safekeeping of confidential documents and maintaining an efficient filing system (for suppliers, employees etc.)·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assist the finance team with the onboarding of new employees·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Arranging meetings, booking of conference room and calendar invitations.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Coordinate Travel arrangements, including visas and accommodation for employees and guests.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assist with event organization·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Administer and maintain annual leave software·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assist senior management on ad-hoc tasks·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Preparing employment contracts and handling onboarding procedures·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Managing employee medical insurance (registration and deregistration)·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensuring all necessary steps are completed for a smooth first working day&nbsp;Key Attributes:&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;Certificate in secretarial studies will be considered an advantage·&nbsp;&nbsp;Computer literacy with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications·&nbsp;&nbsp;Fluent in Greek and English Languages·&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong communication and organizational skills·&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks·&nbsp;&nbsp;Well-presented, trustworthy, and punctual&nbsp;What we offer:&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;Attractive remuneration package depending on qualifications and experience·&nbsp;&nbsp;22 days annual leave·&nbsp;&nbsp;Professional team and friendly atmosphere·&nbsp;&nbsp;Full health care after completion of probationary period·&nbsp;&nbsp;Participation in the employee’s provident fund scheme upon completion of the probationary period&nbsp;If interested please can you send your CV to <a href="mailto:careers@tiomarkets.com">careers@tiomarkets.com</a>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
