CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a leading importer and supplier of specialized cleaning products, cleaning tools, and cleaning machines for professional spaces, we are seeking to recruit a Back Office Administrator to join their growing team based in Larnaca. As a Back Office Administrator, you will handle a range of duties including updating and managing data within the company’s ERP system, registering and continuously updating products on the e-shop according to commercial needs, and providing secretarial support and telephone assistance to clients and partners. Our client is seeking applicants with 2+ years of previous experience in a similar Back Office or Administrative Support role, with excellent knowledge of Greek and English. An attractive remuneration package is on offer based on skills and experience, which includes a 13th salary.&nbsp;Key Duties/Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Update and manage data within the company’s ERP system.</li><li>Register and continuously update products on the e-shop according to commercial needs.</li><li>Provide secretarial support and telephone assistance to clients and partners.</li><li>Support the sales department in preparing quotations, processing, and monitoring orders.</li><li>Coordinate with the logistics department regarding shipments and deliveries.</li><li>Manage company correspondence and daily communication with customers and suppliers.</li></ul> Key Skills/Experience:&nbsp;<ul><li>Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Secretarial Studies, Office Administration, or a related field.</li><li>At least 2 years of previous experience in a similar Back Office or Administrative Support role.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Greek and very good knowledge of English.</li><li>Very good computer skills and excellent command of Microsoft Office.</li><li>Experience using commercial or accounting software.</li><li>Good understanding of basic accounting concepts.</li><li>Strong organisational and communication skills.</li><li>Responsible, reliable, and team-oriented personality.</li><li>Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle NetSuite will be considered a plus.</li></ul>&nbsp;Key Benefits:&nbsp;<ul><li>Competitive remuneration package based on qualifications and experience.</li><li>13th salary.</li><li>Friendly and stable working environment with respect for employees.</li><li>Continuous training and career development opportunities within a constantly growing organisation.</li></ul> &nbsp;To apply for this vacancy, please send your CV, along with any covering letter to&nbsp;<a href="mailto:jobs@careerfinders.com.cy">jobs@careerfinders.com.cy</a>&nbsp;quoting the reference number ERG9095.
