Our services include innovative, efficient, and functional solutions in satellite communication, navigation systems, digitalization, and end-to-end cybersecurity solutions.&nbsp; &nbsp;Job PurposeThe IT Support &amp; Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, security, and reliability of end-user workstations and core IT infrastructure. This role combines hands-on helpdesk support with modern workplace management, infrastructure monitoring, and documentation. The position supports Windows, macOS, and Ubuntu environments and plays a key role in maintaining Microsoft 365 and cloud-based services.&nbsp;&nbsp;This role requires presence at our Limassol, Cyprus office.&nbsp;Remote-only candidates will not be considered.&nbsp;Main Duties and Responsibilities&nbsp;<ul><li>Provide first- and second-line IT support to end users across Windows, macOS, and Ubuntu operating systems</li><li>Ensure all workstations, laptops, and peripherals are properly configured, secured, maintained, and monitored using approved tools</li><li>Manage and support Microsoft 365 services, including Azure, Exchange Online, Intune, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint</li><li>Administer user accounts, devices, policies, and access controls within Microsoft 365 and Azure AD</li><li>Monitor infrastructure and endpoints to proactively identify and resolve issues</li><li>Support and maintain telephony systems, including 3CX</li><li>Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests using ticketing systems such as Freshservice or Jira</li><li>Escalate complex issues to third-line support or external vendors when required</li><li>Follow, maintain, and contribute to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), technical documentation, and knowledge base articles</li><li>Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees, including device provisioning and access management</li><li>Ensure compliance with IT security policies, best practices, and company standards</li><li>Participate in continuous improvement of IT processes, tools, and user experience</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in an IT support, service desk, or systems support role</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Ubuntu operating systems</li><li>Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including:<ul><li>Azure / Azure AD</li><li>Exchange Online</li><li>Intune (Endpoint Manager)</li><li>Microsoft Defender 365</li></ul></li><li>Experience with endpoint management tools, including Microsoft Intune and Jamf</li><li>Familiarity with device security, compliance, and monitoring tools</li><li>Experience supporting VoIP or telephony systems (e.g., 3CX)</li><li>Experience working with ticketing systems such as Freshservice, Jira, or similar</li><li>Ability to follow structured processes and work with SOPs and technical documentation</li><li>Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal</li><li>Basic Linux Bash scripting experience for administration tasks and automation</li><li>Linux endpoint troubleshooting skills (Ubuntu/macOS/Linux desktops)</li><li>Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing)</li><li>Ability to diagnose and resolve connectivity issues across platforms</li><li>Familiarity with network diagnostic tools (ping, traceroute, nslookup, netstat)</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot cross-platform network and endpoint issues</li><li>Advanced networking knowledge (switches, firewalls, VLANs)</li><li>Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell, Bash)</li><li>IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft, ITIL, CompTIA)</li><li>Experience with cloud infrastructure monitoring</li><li>Experience with Linux administration and troubleshooting</li><li>Familiarity with Linux Bash scripting for automation and task execution</li><li>Experience performing Linux endpoint troubleshooting in real-world scenarios</li><li>Familiarity with network diagnostic scenarios and troubleshooting</li></ul>&nbsp;Education &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems and infrastructure administration</li><li>Fluency in English, both written and spoken &nbsp;</li></ul>Personal Attributes<ul><li>Customer-focused and service-oriented mindset</li><li>Well-organized with strong attention to detail</li><li>Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks</li><li>Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn</li><li>Comfortable working in a structured IT environment</li></ul>&nbsp;Benefits:&nbsp;And here are just some of the benefits you receive when you join Tototheo Global:&nbsp;<ul><li>Work in an international, dynamic, and fun environment, at a growing company&nbsp;</li><li>Attractive remuneration package&nbsp;</li><li>Private Medical Health Insurance&nbsp;</li><li>Continuing education and training</li><li>13th salary (for Cyprus)</li><li>Half day&nbsp;leave&nbsp;on your birthday&nbsp;</li><li>Wellness Support – Unlimited access to our dedicated wellness platform for mental health resources, coaching and self-care tools&nbsp; &nbsp;</li></ul>Looking for a role that offers both challenge and purpose?
