Job OverviewWe are hiring for an IT Support Engineer to provide support services to all of the company’s clients according to the terms and conditions of the business.&nbsp;Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Diagnosing and Troubleshooting Laptops and Computers.</li><li>Maintaining hardware and software.</li><li>Installing, modifying, and repairing hardware and software components.</li><li>Planning, installing, configuring, supporting Windows OS, and Authorized Vendor hardware (PCs/Notebooks).</li><li>Providing L1 and L2 support to clients (remote and on-site).</li><li>Conducting day-to-day operations, maintenance, upgrades of infrastructure solutions.</li><li>Monitoring and maintaining records of daily installations and warranty orders.</li><li>Maintaining professional customer service during implementation.</li><li>Responding to inquiries from clients, staff, service providers and vendors to provide technical assistance and support.</li><li>Completing any other duties as assigned by Management.</li></ul>&nbsp;Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>University Degree in the field of Computer Engineering, Electrical/ Electronic Engineer or a related field or College Degree in IT/ Engineering related fields.</li><li>Minimal 1-2 years or more information technology experience with an emphasis on Windows platforms.</li><li>Hands on experience on Laptops/ Computers.</li><li>Knowledge and experience on Microsoft 365, Active Directory and DNS/ DHCP will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Networking/ Routing understanding and basic skills.</li></ul>&nbsp;ReportingTo Services Manager &amp; Technical Services Director&nbsp;RemunerationAn attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate according to qualifications and experience.&nbsp;Equal Employment OpportunityLogicom is committed to provide equal employment opportunities for all regardless of their race, color, sex/gender, religion, age, marital status, cultural background, disability, nationality and political opinion.
