Job OverviewThe Spa Receptionist is responsible for the reception area of the spa and provide the most kind and carrying customer experience to our valuable quests.&nbsp;Main Responsibilities &amp; Duties·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Welcoming the quests with manner way.<ul><li>Provide guidance to the quests of Serenity Spa regarding the procedures, services and products.</li><li>Answer telephone calls and provide accurate proper information to existing and potential guests.</li><li>Receive guest’s complaints and feedback.</li><li>Assist in developing promotional events, which focus on increasing the clientele of the spa</li><li>Process payments from guests for services ordered from the spa</li><li>Open and close the spa at the appropriate time following the appropriate procedures.</li><li>Introduce and promote new beauty products to clients and educate them on their uses and benefits</li></ul>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Interacting with quests throughout their stay to ensure they have an enjoyable experience<ul><li>Providing customers with towels and other items during their spa visit</li><li>Helping clients relax by providing them with beverages during treatments or in between services</li><li>Assists with transitional cleaning of locker room and relaxation area as needed.</li></ul>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Perform any other duties that management reasonably require.&nbsp;Qualifications &amp; Experience·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Must speak and write Greek and English very well. Knowledge of the Russian language will be considered as an additional advantage.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; At least 2 years’ experience in any customer service position.
