CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established Electronic Money Institution (EMI) licensed by the Central Bank of Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Senior Manager to join their growing Client Banking team based in Larnaca. As part of your role, you will act at the primary point of contact for client banks, handling their enquiries requests efficiently, professionally, and courteously. You will also be responsible for the promotion of products, services, and card-related solutions to clients. Our client is seeking applicants who possess approximately 5+ years of experience in a related field, preferably within banking operations, card services, or client relationship management, with strong verbal and written communication skills. An attractive remuneration and benefits package is on offer, which includes a generous base salary and medical insurance.&nbsp;Key Duties/Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Introduce client banks to new products and services, as well as Card Association mandates, products, and services, and assist with related inquiries.</li><li>Approve workflows related to products and banks’ application user access setups.</li><li>Approve and sign daily batches for debit or credit card adjustments, including fees, payments, transfers, refunds, and other financial entries, as instructed by banks or required operationally.</li><li>Analyze and follow up on claims, complaints, incidents, and special projects raised by client banks, coordinating with senior management and concerned departments when necessary.</li><li>Coordinate with third parties, including Card Associations and outsourced service providers, regarding unusual cases, incidents, or operational matters.</li><li>Open, monitor, and close problem tickets related to incidents or complaints raised internally or by client banks, ensuring timely resolution and implementation of proper controls.</li><li>Coordinate with Legal and International departments regarding client bank inquiries and operational matters.</li><li>Train new client banks and staff on systems and card-related applications.</li><li>Plan, coordinate, and follow up on projects and implementation activities.</li><li>Conduct daily follow-up with Department Managers regarding pending and unsettled claims.</li><li>Identify opportunities to enhance departmental operations and automate processes where applicable.</li><li>Escalate urgent and critical issues impacting bank or internal services and/or revenue to the reporting manager.</li><li>Ensure adherence to operational procedures, service standards, and internal controls.</li></ul>&nbsp;Key Skills/Experience:&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.</li><li>MBA is considered a plus.</li><li>Approximately 5+ years of experience in a related field, preferably within banking operations, card services, or client relationship management.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Strong customer service and relationship management skills.</li><li>Logical, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.</li><li>Excellent planning, organizational, and coordination skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Leadership and team management capabilities.</li><li>Project coordination and implementation follow-up skills.</li><li>Ability to motivate, guide, and support team members.</li><li>Strong prioritization and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Ability to take initiative and drive operational improvements.</li></ul>&nbsp;Key Benefits:&nbsp;<ul><li>An attractive remuneration package.&nbsp;</li><li>Medical Insurance.&nbsp;</li><li>A dynamic and collaborative working environment.</li><li>A supportive management team that values employee feedback and initiative.&nbsp;</li></ul> &nbsp;To apply for this vacancy, please send your CV, along with any covering letter to&nbsp;<a href="mailto:jobs@careerfinders.com.cy">jobs@careerfinders.com.cy</a>&nbsp;quoting the reference number ERG9102.
