The ideal candidate will combine strong management capabilities with deep expertise in operating the support platform to deliver excellent customer support, resolve issues efficiently, and continuously improve customer satisfaction.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Own and manage the customer support platform end-to-end — including configuration, chatbot flows, automations, integrations, agent setup, and ongoing optimization•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Build, maintain, and improve customer support workflows, canned responses, and routing rules within the platform•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Manage daily operations of the customer support team across all channels•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Respond to customer inquiries and resolve escalated complaints•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monitor team performance using platform analytics and reporting, and provide training when needed•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Develop and document customer service policies, SOPs, and platform-specific playbooks•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and SLA adherence•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prepare reports on customer feedback, ticket volumes, response times, and team performance•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Coordinate with Product, Tech, and Marketing teams to resolve customer issues and feed insights back into the business•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintain professional, on-brand communication with customers&nbsp;Requirements•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proven hands-on experience working with a customer support / chat platform is mandatory — including platform administration, flow building, and team management within the tool•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (preferred)•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Previous experience in customer service or support management•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong communication and leadership skills•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Problem-solving and decision-making abilities•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities&nbsp;&nbsp;Working Hours<ul><li>Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM</li><li>Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM</li></ul>&nbsp;What We Offer<ul><li>€100 Wolt credits</li><li>Medical insurance</li><li>Sports benefit after completion of the 6-month probation period</li><li>Employee of the Month prize: €500 AlphaMega voucher</li><li>Happy hours and team events</li><li>Birthday celebrations and a gift from the company</li><li>Internal competitions with exciting prizes</li><li>Friendly and supportive work environment</li><li>Career growth opportunities</li></ul>&nbsp;Interested candidates can send their CVs to:&nbsp;<a href="mailto:hr@wiztechgroup.com">hr@wiztechgroup.com</a>
