ETHOS VIN&nbsp;Job Description:As a Barman or Barwoman, you are a key part of creating a refined, elegant, and memorable guest experience. You are responsible for preparing and serving drinks with confidence, professionalism, and attention to detail while maintaining the glamorous atmosphere of the wine bar.Responsibilities include:<ul><li>Welcoming guests warmly at the bar and providing attentive service</li><li>Preparing and serving wines, cocktails, spirits, and non alcoholic drinks professionally</li><li>Explaining wine, cocktail, and drink options clearly and confidently</li><li>Making recommendations based on guest preferences</li><li>Ensuring drinks are prepared accurately, beautifully presented, and served in a timely manner</li><li>Keeping the bar area clean, organized, fully stocked, and beautifully presented</li><li>Working closely with the waiter, hostess, kitchen, and management team to ensure smooth service</li><li>Monitoring stock levels and informing management when items need to be reordered</li><li>Handling orders accurately and entering them correctly into the system when required</li><li>Maintaining high hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times</li><li>Supporting the calm, glamorous, and welcoming atmosphere of the wine bar</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Friendly, well-presented, and professional appearance</li><li>Excellent communication and people skills</li><li>Good knowledge of wines, cocktails, spirits, and bar service</li><li>Ability to remain calm, focused, and organized during busy service</li><li>Strong attention to detail and presentation</li><li>Passion for hospitality, drinks, wine, and premium guest experiences</li><li>Previous bar experience is preferred, especially in premium venues.</li></ul> Please send your CV to&nbsp;<a href="mailto:hr@ethosvin.com">hr@ethosvin.com</a>&nbsp;or call 26933000 until 15/06/26
