The role focuses on transforming subject matter into structured, interactive learning journeys that drive real behaviour change and measurable impact, supporting both internal staff development and external training programmes, including HRDA-certified training. The position operates as a cross-functional role supporting internal learning initiatives, external training services, and project-based learning activities across the organisation.We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and experiences who are passionate about learning, inclusion, and social impact.Key ResponsibilitiesLearning Experience Design●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Design structured and engaging learning experiences, including workshops, courses, and programmes●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Define clear learning objectives, outcomes, and participant journeys●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Develop session flows for workshops and multi-day programmes●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure alignment with adult learning principles and experiential learning methodologies&nbsp;Content Development●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Develop high-quality training materials for face-to-face, blended, and online learning environments, including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, slide decks, and supporting resources●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Translate complex topics into clear, practical, and user-friendly content●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure consistency and quality across all learning materials&nbsp;Experience &amp; Engagement Design●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Design interactive and participatory learning experiences, including activities such as role plays, scenarios, case studies, group discussions, and reflection exercises●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure learning experiences are practical, relevant, and applicable to real-world contexts●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Design learning experiences with awareness of facilitation constraints, including timing, group dynamics, and participant engagement&nbsp;Programme Development &amp; Improvement●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support the development and refinement of internal and external training programmes●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Continuously improve content based on feedback, evaluation data, and learning outcomes●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Contribute to innovation in learning formats, including blended learning, digital learning, and microlearning&nbsp;Collaboration &amp; Delivery Support●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Collaborate closely with subject matter experts, trainers, facilitators, Business Development teams, and Programme Development and Implementation teams to ensure alignment between learning design, market needs, and delivery feasibility●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support preparation for training delivery, including materials, structure, and flow●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Occasionally support or co-deliver selected learning sessions where relevant&nbsp;Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Degree in a relevant field such as Instructional Design, Educational Psychology, Human Resource Management, Education, Organisational Psychology, or related field●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Demonstrated experience in instructional design, learning experience design, training development, adult learning, or related areas●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Candidates should be able to demonstrate&nbsp; experience in designing or contributing to the development of&nbsp; structured learning experiences (e.g. workshops, courses, or programmes)●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Google Workspace proficiency●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Familiarity with Canva or similar tools will be considered an advantage●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Familiarity with AI tools and their practical application in learning design will be considered an advantage&nbsp;Additional Experience That Would Be Valuable●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience designing HR, leadership, or wellbeing training programmes●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Exposure to HRDA-certified training frameworks●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience working in EU-funded projects●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Interest in future-of-work topics, including AI in HR and leadership trendsKey Skills and Competencies●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong ability to structure content into clear learning flows●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
