The Office Administrator will be the first point of contact for visitors, will ensure the smooth operation of the management, and will manage appointments and calls for various departments.&nbsp;&nbsp;Duties:<ul><li>Supporting the sales department with communication and administration tasks.</li><li>Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.</li><li>Answer, screen, direct phone calls, emails and communication promptly and efficiently.</li><li>Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.</li><li>Schedule appointments and manage calendars.</li><li>Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, database management and others.</li><li>Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance.</li><li>Assist with special projects and events as needed.</li><li>Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.</li><li>Other duties as assigned by Management</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements:<ul><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek.</li><li>Proactive, reliable, with very good organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>Professional appearance and demeanor.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.</li><li>Relevant customer service experience will be considered an advantage.</li></ul>&nbsp;What we offer:<ul><li>Competitive remuneration package.</li><li>Experience with the leading provider in mobility services in Cyprus.</li><li>Continuous training and development</li><li>Supportive and professional work environment focused on collaboration, team work and growth.</li></ul>&nbsp;To apply please send an email attaching your CV to:Mr. Petar Bomestar at <a href="mailto:p.bomestar@asg.com.cy">p.bomestar@asg.com.cy</a>
