Accounting / Bookkeeping

Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping functions. Your duties will include: •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Monitoring all bookkeeping and recording transactions in the accounting system and registration of income and expenses for local and international clients. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Preparation, management, and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual profit and loss statements and balance sheets. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Monthly reconciliation of bank accounts. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Preparation and review of internal reports at regular intervals (as requested by the firm’s management). •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Communication with clients to collect necessary documents for the bookkeeping purposes. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Management of income/revenue and taxes, and preparation of income tax return declarations, V.A.T. declarations, social insurance declarations, and other declarations in compliance with the applicable legislative and regulatory framework. TAXISNET/TAXPORTAL service (preparation and submission of OSS, VIES, V.A.T.) •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Preparation and submission IR7 Forms. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Preparation and submission/calculation of SDC and GHS. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Regular liaison with external auditors to organize and update financial records of companies.&nbsp;Qualifications •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;5+ years of experience in a similar role, with experience in public accounting and working with external auditors. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Knowledge of the applicable Tax, VAT, Social Insurance and other relevant legislation shall be considered as a vital, additional qualification. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently or as part of a team. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proficiency in financial and accounting software and tools. Knowledge of Intelisoft will be considered as an advantage. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Fluent in English verbal and written (Russian will be considered as an advantage).
