On behalf of our client,&nbsp;a leading and well-established organisation in Cyprus, we are seeking an&nbsp;HR Consultant&nbsp;to join their HR team on a fixed-term contract until February 2027. HR Consultant – Ref. (6215/HC/ESS/CY) Location:&nbsp;Larnaca, Hybrid (Fixed-Term Contract) The Role: As an HR Consultant, you will act as an independent and trusted advisor to employees and managers, supporting day-to-day people matters and helping strengthen employee satisfaction, engagement, and workplace wellbeing. You will play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle, managing sensitive workplace matters, analysing HR indicators, and contributing to initiatives that enhance employee experience and organisational culture. This role is ideal for a proactive, people-oriented professional who enjoys working closely with teams, building relationships, and making a meaningful impact within a dynamic business environment. &nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Act as the main HR point of contact for employees and managers across the business.</li><li>Provide guidance, support, and mediation on employee relations matters and workplace challenges.</li><li>Support conflict resolution and contribute to maintaining a positive working environment</li><li>Monitor and analyse HR KPIs, including employee turnover and engagement indicators.</li><li>Support the implementation of action plans and people initiatives.</li><li>Provide support in handling sensitive employee matters, including equality and workplace harassment-related issues.</li><li>Participate in onboarding and integration processes for new employees.</li><li>Conduct exit interviews and support employee satisfaction initiatives and surveys.</li><li>Contribute to employee engagement activities, internal events, and wellbeing initiatives.</li><li>Support Diversity, Equity &amp; Inclusion (DEI) related actions and HR projects.</li><li>Travel regularly across Cyprus to support different business locations and teams.</li></ul>What We’re Looking For:<ul><li>University degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field.</li><li>1–2 years of previous experience, ideally within HR, employee relations, or a consulting-related role.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong empathy, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality</li><li>Fluent Greek and very good command of English, both verbal and written</li><li>Familiarity with Google Workspace will be considered an advantage</li><li>Holder of a valid driving license and comfortable with frequent travel across Cyprus.</li></ul>Why Join?<ul><li>Opportunity to join a leading and people-focused organisation</li><li>Exposure to a dynamic and collaborative HR environment</li><li>Meaningful role with direct impact on employee experience and workplace culture</li><li>Ongoing learning and professional development opportunities</li><li>Attractive remuneration package based on qualifications and experience</li><li>Fixed-term contract until February 2027</li></ul>Interested candidates should apply <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://recruitcrm.io/apply/17792733108470037257gIG?source=Ergodotisi">here</a>
