This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are eager to contribute to a professional team.&nbsp;Key Duties / Responsibilities<ul><li>To receive and process customer orders via telephone, fax, e-mail and B2B system</li><li>To provide product / service information by answering questions, offering appropriate support to clients</li><li>Process orders in the ERP system and issue invoices, ensuring accurate billing of products and quantities</li><li>To ensure that the correct products and quantity are prepared for each order</li><li>Ensure timely order preparation and delivery in accordance with customer requests and standard delivery procedures</li><li>Accurately record all required information related to Adverse Event Reports and/or Quality Complaints in line with Company Policy</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements:<ul><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills</li><li>Enthusiasm, dynamism, and the ability to operate within a team</li><li>Good analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on delivering results</li><li>Fluency in both English and Greek, written and spoken</li><li>Work experience will consider as advantage</li></ul>&nbsp;An&nbsp;attractive remuneration package, including benefits will be offered to the successful candidate according to qualifications and experience.Interested applicants should submit their CV, quoting the reference VHPCCR, to: <a href="mailto:recruitment@hadjipanayis.com.cy">recruitment@hadjipanayis.com.cy</a>All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality.
