GCC Computers Ltd has several partnerships with leading vendors including Hewlett Packard, Juniper Networks and Fortinet.&nbsp;&nbsp;Job OverviewWe are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team and manage specific projects from start to finish. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible, to plan, execute, and close projects according to the deadlines set and within the predetermined budget.&nbsp;&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Efficiently and effectively manage projects according to company’s PMO methodology</li><li>Define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle</li><li>Plan the execution of the project including preparation of the project management plan, identification and provision of resources, assessment of risks and mitigation planning </li><li>Communicate effectively and build the necessary relationships with colleagues, customers and third parties to gain their commitment, support and resources to deliver project work</li><li>Manage the progression of significant integration projects ensuring that resources are assigned to project tasks, including awareness of each resource role and responsibilities, and deliverables are coordinated to meet project plan milestones</li><li>Ensure that all contractual requirements are satisfied and the client’s expectations are managed accordingly</li><li>Report and keep the various stakeholders informed in terms of the progress of the project and other necessary information</li><li>Execute appropriate project governance and reporting</li><li>Oversee the supply of materials and constituent products, including:<ul><li>Ensuring all requirements are identified in a timely manner and actions have been taken to procure the necessary items.</li><li>Raising invoices in a timely manner and taking the necessary actions to ensure that payments are made within the agreed timescale</li></ul></li><li>Support the bid process whenever required in terms of calculating costs and estimating timescales for tenders requiring project management</li><li>Carry out any other relevant duties to his/her position assigned by the line Manager</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Job Requirements<ul><li>University degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field</li><li>10 years of experience in IT-related projects</li><li>PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification is a must</li><li>Experience managing and participating in high-value IT projects (e.g. projects with a budget/value of €1 million or more) will be considered an advantage</li><li>Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines and commitments</li><li>Strong business analysis, requirements definition, and solution design skills, with a solid understanding of project management methodologies</li><li>Excellent communication skills, including the ability to lead, coordinate, guide, and resolve issues within the scope of project management responsibilities</li><li>Strong negotiation and influencing skills</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment</li><li>Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Benefits<ul><li>Competitive remuneration package with a 13th salary</li><li>Annual bonus based on company and individual performance</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Group Medical coverage rates</li><li>Continuous learning and development opportunities</li><li>Increasing annual leave allowance (up to 25 days a year)</li><li>Wellbeing days off / Complimentary days off</li><li>Friday afternoon off during summer</li><li>Paid sick leave allowance</li><li>Company events</li><li>Paid maternity and paternity leave</li><li>Wedding &amp; New baby gifts</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;ApplicationsInterested candidates must electronically submit their applications with a recent C.V to <a href="mailto:careers@gcc.com.cy">careers@gcc.com.cy</a> before 31st of May 2026 quoting the above job title.&nbsp;Please ensure your application clearly highlights your relevant technical experience.
