Responsibilities:<ul><li>Selection of furniture, finishing materials (tiles, flooring, wallpapers), sanitary ware, lighting, and decorative elements for commercial and residential interior projects based on the design concept, client requirements, and project budget;</li><li>Preparation of material schedules, commercial proposals, and cost estimates;</li><li>Sending inquiries and requests to factories;</li><li>Managing procurement processes and coordinating delivery timelines;</li><li>Working within a CRM system.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Experience in procurement/specification of finishing materials. It is important that you have knowledge of the Italian (European) market for furniture, sanitary ware, tiles, and lighting;</li><li>Knowledge of European factory collections (lighting, tiles, sanitary ware, furniture) and current interior design trends;</li><li>Confident PC user, with experience in Excel and CRM systems;</li><li>Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;</li><li>Experience in a similar role of at least 2 years;</li><li>Ability to read technical drawings and project documentation;</li><li>Responsibility and reliability;</li><li>Ability to work on several projects simultaneously and switch quickly between tasks;</li><li>Education in design and basic knowledge of graphic software would be an advantage;</li><li>Experience in furniture sourcing, procurement, or interior design — from 1 year;</li><li>Knowledge of Italian furniture manufacturers and current design trends.</li></ul>Conditions:<ul><li>Timely payments for each successfully completed project;</li><li>Collaboration with a team of professional designers and access to exclusive furniture collections.</li></ul>Advantages of working with us:<ul><li>Interesting projects in the premium interior design sector;</li><li>Opportunity to develop skills in sourcing luxury furniture;</li><li>Work in a dynamic studio with international clients;</li><li>Commission percentage from sales.</li></ul>
