We are seeking&nbsp;for an Interior Designer to join to join our Design and Construction team.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Provide design proposals for restaurant layouts, detailed furniture fixtures drawings, finishes/materials sampling</li><li>Create innovative designs and practical architectural designs that address brand needs and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Prepare and present drawings for review including architectural 2D drawings, 3D model with finishes</li><li>Develop final drawings for obtaining licenses according to local authorities</li><li>Construction site supervision</li><li>Cost budget estimation and analysis until the completion of the project</li><li>Collaborate with engineers, architects and other professionals to develop integrated design solutions.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor degree or Masters in&nbsp;Interior&nbsp;Architecture or Interior Design.</li><li>At least&nbsp;2&nbsp;years of professional experience.</li><li>Knowledge of preparing architectural drawings and technical details.</li><li>Excellent&nbsp;knowledge of&nbsp;AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumio, Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Good knowledge of 3D modelling and Rendering</li><li>Good knowledge of laws and regulations</li><li>Strong organizational and project management skills</li><li>Energetic and positive team player with excellent communicational skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li></ul>&nbsp;What we offer<ul><li>Attractive remuneration package according to the candidate’s experience and qualifications.&nbsp;</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Great discounts at more than 100+ restaurants of the Group.&nbsp;</li><li>Continuous development and structured career path.&nbsp;</li><li>Complimentary daily meal and beverages</li><li>Medical Fund</li><li>European University Scholarship Scheme</li><li>Free parking area &nbsp;</li></ul>Interested applicants must forward a Curriculum Vitae at&nbsp;<a href="mailto:careers@phc.com.cy">careers@phc.com.cy</a> quoting thereference DCID/SC/2026.All applications will be treated in strict confidence.
