Responsibilities:&nbsp;This job position has the following responsibilities and duties:&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Lead and perform audits for multiple clients across various industries (e.g. investment, finance, trading) in line with ISA, IFRS, and Companies Law·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prepare and review financial statements and tax computations in accordance with IFRS and Cyprus tax legislation·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Review audit work of junior staff, ensuring quality control and compliance before Senior Manager review·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Assist in staff allocation, budget planning, and tracking audit engagement progress·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintain direct communication with clients and internal departments to collect information and address ongoing matters·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monitor daily work status and report regularly to the Senior Audit Manager·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support, train, and guide junior team members; contribute to a collaborative team environment·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Attend client meetings and ensure audit deliverables align with client expectations·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintain strong organizational skills to manage multiple assignments efficiently·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Perform other audit-related duties as required.&nbsp;Requirements:&nbsp;The successful candidate should have the following skills, education, and experience:&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; ACA/ACCA qualified with a university degree in Accounting (IT-related degree is a plus) and a strong academic record·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Over 5 years of audit firm experience, including at least 3 years post-qualification·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Solid knowledge of auditing principles, accounting standards, Cyprus tax, and CaseWare·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong analytical, organisational, and time management skills; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Professional, dependable, and self-motivated with high attention to detail·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent communication skills in Greek and English; knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian is a plus·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; IT literate and capable of maintaining positive relationships with clients and colleagues.&nbsp;Our firm offers:&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; An attractive and competitive remuneration package in accordance with qualifications and experience•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bonus based on performance•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Flexible working hours•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Three days of paid sick leave per year•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Corporate parking paid by the company•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Opportunities for professional growth and advancement•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Training events that will help both your personal and professional development paid by the company•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Participation in our various corporate events and activities.&nbsp;Application:&nbsp;If you are a motivated professional looking to advance your career and join a dynamic and growing team, please submit your resume, cover letter, and references to <a href="mailto:recruitment@splcy.com?subject=AuditManager/1/2026">recruitment@splcy.com</a>.
