The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyse processes, create and document the requirements. AEON is a growing business, and the Business Analysis function is an important part of successful delivery! The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and a deep understanding of business operations and technology.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirements.-&nbsp;Translate business needs into functional specifications and clear documentation.-&nbsp;Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.-&nbsp;Support project teams in planning, development, testing, and implementation phases.- Maintain clear documentation&nbsp;Key Requirements:&nbsp;- 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role in IT- Strong requirements documentation skills (BRD/FRD), user stories, acceptance criteria, and process modelling (BPMN/UML).- Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements for Engineering and QA; manage scope and priorities.- Strong stakeholder communication: workshops, elicitation, documentation, and sign-off management.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.&nbsp;Preferred Qualifications:&nbsp;- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.- 3+ years’ experience as a Business/System Analyst in payments (card processing, issuing/acquiring, bank/EMI payments, POS/merchant acquiring).- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.- Working knowledge of SQL (ability to write queries).- Certification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications is a plus.&nbsp;Benefits:&nbsp;-&nbsp;An attractive&nbsp;remuneration&nbsp;package based on experience.&nbsp;- Annual Bonus: A discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance, awarded annually starting after the completion of one full year of employment Private Medical Insurance for you and your dependents, commencing on your first day.-&nbsp;Provident Fund Scheme eligibility upon completion of your probationary period.- Gym Access at the company’s in-house facilities.- Car Parking space provided.- Flexible Working: up to three (3) days of remote work per month.&nbsp;All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality- Interested applicants can share their CV’s to:&nbsp;<a href="mailto:careers@aeonpaymenttechnologies.com">careers@aeonpaymenttechnologies.com</a>&nbsp; Please include "Business Analyst&nbsp;–&nbsp;[Your Name]" in the subject line.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
