The Role:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;At XM, employer branding is about showing what working here really feels like - the people, the work, and the environment we create together. We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who balances high-impact execution with big-picture thinking. You will craft day-to-day visuals while helping define the visual styles and design systems that power our global employer brand across all digital and physical touchpoints.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The main responsibilities of the position include:&nbsp;Campaigns &amp; Creative Direction<ul><li>Concept and execute visual styles, key visuals, and creative assets for global employer branding campaigns</li><li>Translate employer brand strategy into engaging, high-quality creative outputs</li><li>Act as the visual benchmark, ensuring high-level execution across all team outputs</li></ul>&nbsp;Social Media, Digital &amp; Motion<ul><li>Design static and motion content (including GIFs and light animations) for Social Media Platforms</li><li>Create visuals for job ads, digital campaigns, and talent attraction initiatives</li><li>Contribute to the visual development of the careers website and employer branding web content</li></ul>&nbsp;Design Systems &amp; Templates<ul><li>Build and maintain scalable design systems, templates, and asset libraries</li><li>Enable the Employer Branding team with ready-to-use, on-brand creative frameworks</li></ul>&nbsp;Internal Communications&nbsp;<ul><li>Design visuals for internal announcements, including email campaigns, banners, and presentations</li><li>Support internal engagement through creative storytelling</li></ul>&nbsp;Events &amp; Physical Presence<ul><li>Design branded materials for career events, conferences, and internal activations, including booth designs, giveaways, and other physical assets</li><li>Collaborate with vendors and production partners to ensure high quality execution</li></ul>&nbsp;Main requirements:<ul><li>3+ years of experience in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Branding, or Campaign Design</li><li>A strong portfolio showcasing real, executed projects is required</li><li>Experience working with global brands or within fintech / tech environments is a plus</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Adobe Suite (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator)</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Figma</li><li>Experience in motion graphics (After Effects and Premier Pro)</li><li>Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools (eg: Prompting, image generation, video generation)</li><li>Strong visual aesthetics with a keen eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency</li><li>Ability to manage complex projects, multitask and collaborate with multiple stakeholders</li></ul>&nbsp;Nice to Have:<ul><li>Basic video editing skills for social media</li><li>Experience with 3D design skills (Cinema 4D or Blender)</li><li>Illustration skills</li></ul>&nbsp;Benefit from:<ul><li>Attractive remuneration package plus performance related reward</li><li>Private health insurance</li><li>Corporate pension fund</li><li>Intellectually stimulating work environment</li><li>Continuous personal development and international training opportunities</li></ul>The Hiring Experience: What Awaits You<ul><li>Deep Dive – First Interview with Your Future Team</li><li>Bring It to Life – Role-Specific Take-Home Task</li><li>Final Connection – Final Interview</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;If you are interested in our position , please apply <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://jobs.eu.lever.co/xm/75b83c87-3200-4630-bce8-74f10ee17242?lever-origin=applied&amp;lever-source%5B%5D=Ergodotisi">HERE</a>&nbsp;All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality! &nbsp;
