We have been in the market for over 60 years and have built a reputation for quality, efficiency and reliability.We are seeking an experienced and capable Construction Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale construction projects from planning through execution and completion. The role requires strong leadership, technical understanding and commercial awareness to drive programme, quality, safety and coordination across all project stakeholders.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Lead and oversee the execution of large construction projects, ensuring delivery in line with programme, budget, quality and safety requirements.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Coordinate project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers to maintain effective project control.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monitor progress, key milestones and critical risks, taking timely action to resolve issues and support project performance.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Review drawings, technical submissions, procurement needs and construction sequencing to ensure smooth implementation.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support commercial and contractual matters, including variations, claims, progress reviews and management reporting.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Provide leadership to project teams, drive accountability and promote a high-performance site culture.CANDIDATE PROFILE·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams across complex construction projects.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Commercially aware, technically competent and confident in decision-making in demanding project environments.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Able to communicate effectively with senior management, consultants, subcontractors and clients.QUALIFICATIONS·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 8+ years of relevant experience in construction management, including significant exposure to large-scale projects.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong understanding of project planning, site operations, contract administration and stakeholder coordination.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong reporting and organisational skills; experience managing major building developments will be considered a strong advantage.IN RETURN?·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Dynamic working environment with offices in the center of Nicosia.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Rapid growing company with strong career potential for the selected candidate.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A very attractive and competitive remuneration package will be given to the selected candidate, including 13th salary.&nbsp;Interested candidates are invited to send their CVs to <a href="mailto:hr@kathienitis.com">hr@kathienitis.com</a>.For more information about our company please visit our website at <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://athienitis.net/">https://athienitis.net/</a>.
