At&nbsp;FxPro, we see each team member as an integral part of our success story.&nbsp;As a&nbsp;Senior QA Engineer, you will be a part of the Quality Assurance Team in our TradeTech department.&nbsp;Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and maintain automated tests for fintech trading platforms</li><li>Maximize automation coverage to reduce manual testing effort and increase the speed of detecting software defects</li><li>Execute backend testing to ensure data validation and frontend-to-backend consistency</li><li>Perform end-to-end and integration testing across internal and third-party applications</li><li>Debug, document, and track issues using bug-tracking tools, collaborating with developers for rapid resolution</li><li>Continuously improve testing methodologies, tools, and processes, contributing to the overall efficiency of the software development cycle</li><li>Collaborate with product managers and developers to align testing with requirements and use cases</li><li>Share insights and best practices on testing with the team and stakeholders, contributing to the growth of team expertise and efficiency</li><li>Promote best practices and mentor engineers of all levels to foster a high-performance QA culture</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance Test Automation</li><li>Solid knowledge of Test Theory and the ability to apply it in practice</li><li>Strong attention to detail with an analytical and problem-solving mindset</li><li>Proactive approach with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams</li><li>Experience in some of the following will be considered an advantage: JS/TS, Python, C#</li><li>Experience with Git</li><li>English communication skills, both written and verbal</li></ul>Nice to have<ul><li>Familiarity with trading or investing</li><li>University Degree in Computer Science or other IT-related field</li><li>Experience with the following:&nbsp;<ul><li>SQL</li><li>Solace, Kafka</li><li>Protobuf, gRPC, REST</li><li>Postman/Insomnia</li><li>Log analysis tools (e.g., Graylog, Kibana)</li></ul></li></ul>Interview steps<ul><li>Recruiter screen&nbsp;(~30 minutes)&nbsp;</li><li>Technical Interview&nbsp;(90 minutes)</li><li>Final Interview&nbsp;with managers (60 minutes)</li></ul>Our benefits<ul><li>Excellent compensation package</li><li>Medical insurance</li><li>Provident fund</li><li>In-house gym with a personal trainer</li><li>Free daily lunch catering, snacks, and beverages</li><li>Company discount card for various products &amp; services</li><li>21 days of annual leave and 10 days of sick leave annually</li><li>Shuttle bus service from Limassol</li><li>Birthday gift</li><li>Relocation bonus and visa/work permit support</li></ul>
