Location:&nbsp;Larnaca Headquarters (On-site)&nbsp;&nbsp;About the Role&nbsp;WireWallet&nbsp;is seeking a&nbsp;Creative Content Designer&nbsp;with&nbsp;strong design&nbsp;capabilities, content creation skills, and a good understanding of digital marketing to join our team.&nbsp;The successful candidate will&nbsp;be responsible for&nbsp;creating visual content across multiple channels while ensuring consistency with brand identity and communication strategy.&nbsp;&nbsp;This role requires the ability to develop creative solutions, produce high-quality design work, manage multiple priorities, and support marketing initiatives within a dynamic environment.&nbsp;&nbsp;Key Responsibilities&nbsp;<ul><li>Design and create high-quality company presentations, brochures, business cards, corporate identity assets, and other marketing materials in line with brand guidelines.&nbsp;</li><li>Design and create engaging visual content and social media creatives for the company’s social media platforms, brand communication initiatives, and ongoing campaigns.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Create banner sets and digital advertising assets for platforms including Google Ads and other marketing channels.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop visual assets for landing pages while&nbsp;maintaining&nbsp;consistency with brand standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Create video visuals and short animation content for social media campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.&nbsp;</li><li>Support basic social media management activities, including content scheduling and coordination.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist with CMS updates and basic website content management tasks.&nbsp;</li><li>Contribute innovative ideas and creative concepts to enhance brand awareness, visibility, and engagement.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all visual content aligns with company branding, messaging, and marketing&nbsp;objectives.&nbsp;</li><li>Undertake any other duties or responsibilities&nbsp;reasonably requested&nbsp;by the Company/Manager that are within the scope of the role.&nbsp;</li></ul>Requirements&nbsp;<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of professional experience in design, content creation, or creative marketing roles.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong portfolio&nbsp;showcasing&nbsp;design work across both digital and print formats&nbsp;(portfolio submission is&nbsp;required&nbsp;as part of the application).&nbsp;</li><li>Proficiency&nbsp;in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar&nbsp;platforms.&nbsp;</li><li>Basic understanding of social media management and content creation best practices.&nbsp;</li><li>Previous&nbsp;experience in the financial services, fintech, or payments industry will be considered an advantage.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality visual design work.&nbsp;</li><li>Understanding of branding principles and visual storytelling techniques.&nbsp;</li><li>Fluent English is&nbsp;required;&nbsp;additional&nbsp;languages are a plus.&nbsp;</li></ul>Nice to Have&nbsp;<ul><li>Experience with motion graphics or simple animations.&nbsp;</li><li>Familiarity with performance marketing assets and A/B testing.&nbsp;</li><li>Understanding of UX/UI principles.&nbsp;</li><li>Basic knowledge of CMS platforms such as WordPress,&nbsp;Webflow, or similar systems.&nbsp;</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits&nbsp;<ul><li>Competitive salary package&nbsp;</li><li>Scale Annual Leave Scheme&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Birthday Leave&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Complimentary lunch twice a week&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Professional development and growth opportunities&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Additional&nbsp;company benefits and employee initiatives&nbsp;</li></ul>WireWallet&nbsp;is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
