This role is ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality, an interest in wine, and with a warm, welcoming personality.&nbsp;Position details<ul><li>Part-time position</li><li>Minimum 2 days per week</li><li>Flexibility to work additional days when required</li><li>Weekend availability is essential</li></ul>Key responsibilities<ul><li>Welcome and host guests visiting the winery</li><li>Lead wine tastings and provide an engaging guest experience</li><li>Speak confidently about our wines, winery and local area</li><li>Assist with day-to-day hospitality operations</li><li>Support events and private bookings when required</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tasting areas</li><li>Process sales and assist customers with wine purchases</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous hospitality or customer service experience</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Friendly, professional and approachable manner</li><li>Interest in wine and willingness to learn more</li><li>Ability to work weekends and occasional evenings</li><li>Reliable, organised and able to work independently</li><li>Fluent English required (Greek/Russian is an advantage)</li></ul>What we offer<ul><li>A beautiful working environment in a family winery in rural Limassol</li><li>Opportunity to learn about Cypriot wine and hospitality</li><li>Flexible part-time schedule</li><li>Supportive and welcoming team atmosphere</li><li>Salary of €8-10 per hour + tips.</li></ul>To apply, please send your CV and a short introduction explaining why you would like to join the team at hr@optimushr.net
