SALES REPRESENTATIVE Africanos Property Developers is seeking to recruit a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team in Larnaca. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting the company’s projects, managing client relationships, and supporting the sales process from initial enquiry to property viewing. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Respond to enquiries from agents and clients</li><li>Arrange and assist in property viewings</li><li>Promote company properties across various channels</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients</li><li>Maintain regular communication with real estate representatives and associates</li><li>Stay informed about current and upcoming company projects</li><li>Update and manage the company’s document management system</li></ul> Requirements<ul><li>School, College, or University degree</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience</li><li>Excellent communication skills in Greek and English (written and spoken)</li><li>Knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li><li>Valid driving license is essential</li><li>Willingness to undergo training and continuous development</li></ul> Personal Skills<ul><li>Highly organized, responsible, and professional</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li><li>Integrity, honesty, and professionalism</li></ul>Remuneration A competitive salary package will be offered according to qualifications and experience. &nbsp;&nbsp;
