Property Management Executive&nbsp;An exciting opportunity for a Property Management Executive is available at one of Larnaca's top expanding Property Development Company.&nbsp;The company has a reputation for building long lasting relationships and are offering a fantastic opportunity involving growth and career development.&nbsp;Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle Communal Management Queries</li><li>Handle Property Management Queries</li><li>Prepare Rentals and Tenancy Agreements</li><li>Maintain Key Management of all properties</li><li>Updates and Notices on Management Committee Groups via whatsapp or email</li><li>Updating CRM System with all tasks</li><li>Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and inspections of properties</li><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations</li><li>Handle tenant communication, requests, and complaints in a timely manner</li><li>Coordinate and ensure works are completed by sub-contractors</li><li>Manage expenses and invoices for works carried out to the relevant parties. i.e. Landlord, owner or our company</li><li>Manage rental payments</li><li>Ensure common areas are clean, safe, and properly maintained by our cleaning companies</li><li>Ensure landscaping, lift maintenances, pest control are completed on time and correctly</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements:<ul><li>Min 3 years’ experience in a Property Management position</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English</li><li>A degree in a relevant field is considered an advantage</li></ul>Company Benefits:<ul><li>Very competitive and attractive salary</li><li>Clear career progression path within the company</li><li>We believe in rewarding loyalty and will have appraisals every year for our employees</li></ul>&nbsp;If you are interested in this position and meet the above requirements, please send your CV to:<a href="mailto:careers@ipc-international.com">careers@ipc-international.com</a>&nbsp; We look forward to hearing from you!
