Chef III (x2) Contract type: Permanent / 36.25 hours per week Location: Troodos Closing Date: 05 June 2026 &nbsp;About the role Job Description: We are looking for two motivated and reliable Chef III to join our catering team in Troodos. The role involves preparing and serving meals to high standards, supporting the day-to-day kitchen operation, and maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene within a busy catering environment. What You’ll Do: •Assist in the preparation, cooking, and service of meals in a fast-paced kitchen •Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene •Work alongside the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service •Cook and serve meals to military personnel, delivering high standards every day •Oversee kitchen sanitation and ensure best practices are always followed •Be part of high-profile events and special functions, showcasing your culinary expertise •Take part in bulk cooking, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish&nbsp;What You Bring: •Previous experience working within a busy kitchen or catering environment •Catering qualification or recognised catering school/college diploma •Good communication and teamwork skills. •Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, changing environment. •Basic understanding of food hygiene and health &amp; safety •Good spoken and written English •Flexible approach to shifts, weekends, and evening work&nbsp;What we offer: Working with Sodexo is more than a job — it’s a chance to be part of a team where you’re valued and supported.
